FOOD BOUGHT AND PAID FOR, NOT DELIVERED. DAY 3 TODAY!

Good day If zero stars was possible, I would certainly have awarded it. On Saturday evening/afternoon at 17:28 I placed an order with Steers Wetton Circle DT. and order my meal which would serve as supper. By 20:00 or just after I called the store to let them know I am still waiting on my food.

The manager, whose name I didn't get, said he would call the driver and call me back. He took a long while then called me back to say the driver was out with my food. By then I was ravenous and decided to eat breakfast cereal for supper. Then at 21:14 the driver called from outside my house. I told him that I cannot accept food 3 hours later, and I have already eaten Cereal.

Yesterday (Sunday), passed without any communication from Steers. I thought I would go and buy food myself, but remembered I have a meal outstanding. At 17:30 (again) I called Steers to fond out about my outstanding food which I have paid for online. R97 rand I think. NOW this manager claimed not to know anything and he would call the guy that was on duty; Then he would call me back.

After FOREVER he called back and said he's sorted matters and would call me as soon as the driver has left. I also told the manager I would like fresh food, as the last time they delivered a 'biltong' burger patty. I said nothing and just ****** ate it... I was happy and despondent as it was getting late again. Then the second looong wait began. That was the last I heard of Steers and had Cereal again! (Too late to cook something). I have worked for Steers as a Franchise Manager in JHB, and what I experienced this entire weekend with one useless Branch, is absolutely disgusting.

IF this is how they operate, their signage must be removed and they can then operate like the corner, they are doing now. I DO NOT want a meal from that store ever again (and I live 2kms from that store)! I would rather travel to another store. I certainly I want my money I spent, returned. Regards Eddie Adams
