Fast food, slow service at Steers.

So, I go to Steers Eastgate to claim my ice cream voucher. The lady at the till says there's no ice cream available I must come tomorrow. So I stand there and refuse to budge. Then the story changes Now the ice cream is too melted and watery, to which I insist that I don't mind, she can dish it in a styrofoam cup. Then, she can't do that, they only use cones. I still insist on getting my ice cream. Voila, I got the ice cream and there's nothing wrong with it. The cashier just didn't feel like giving me the ice cream, ha ha ha, not !
