Steers BROMHOF At 18:09 I phone and place an order. The duration of my call is 5 minutes because the person assisting me is so ***********. Everything I ordered she repeated incorrectly. Eventually I think we have it right. I ask for an order number. She says I will receive a SMS notification. At 18:17 I receive that SMS. The order is incorrect. At 18:18 I call back to correct it as it does not let me correct it online. I select option no 2. After 2 minutes I am told to call back later as they cannot answer my call at that moment. At 18:21 I call back. I select option 1 this time. Wandile tells me he will correct the order and phone me back in 5 minutes. I wait and wait and wait. I decide to go to a Drivethru near me. As I'm pulling into the Drivethru at 18:49 I receive a call telling me that my order is ready. I tell the lady to cancel my order as they have not delivered on their service and that I am getting food elsewhere. This conversation goes on for over 2 minutes and eventually I tell her that I am going to put the phone down at which point she still asks me if I am going to come and collect. Poor poor service Steers Bromhof. The Drivethru assisted me in a matter of less than 2 minutes. She knew exactly what I was talking about and we drove away 5 minutes later after including 3 milkshakes in our order.
