False advertising and Service standard dependent on area
<p>Went to Tygervalley mall and received excellent service. Efficient fast and polite. Phoned Steers in Westgate Mall Mitchells Plain same day later for delivery was told they do not deliver. Then phoned Debonaires was told would take 2 and a half hours for delivery. So phoned Steers again to do a phone order as advertised on website only to be told they don't do phone orders. When telling the operator that it says so on their website was told they not a call centre to take orders. Totally disgusted. A very busy take aways can take phone orders with one phone surely a franchise like Steers can do the same. Irritated and disgusted.</p>
