False advertising

On the 2nd of Sept 2020 around 2.25 pm I went to buy some food for myself . I decided to take only a med chips so I asked for it and then at the bottom of the sides (chips) there is another ad it says med chips + buddy + R7 . So med chips R19.00 + buddy R7.00 that gives me R26.00 .They wanted to charge me over R36.00 for it They refused to give it to me for it is only for upscale they said. He said the company did not explain it correctly. I spoke to the Manager ( Kenneth ) and he also said and I quote " No I can't give it to u, and again I refuse to give it to u " I asked " so u refuse to give it to me " his words " yes I'm not gone give it to u " So no 1. very rude manager and 2. false advertising 3. Very rude manager
