Fall from grace

Steers has come from the most loved to the most disappointing fast food restaurant in SA. I bought a wacky Wednesday on the 02/06/2021 and there is crazy false advertising happening. The picture suggests that the burger has cheese in it, but when you buy it, there is an extra 7 you have to pay to get cheese. Then the burger is cold, I even asked them to warm it up because their burgers are always, but when it came back, it was we still cold. This is extremely disappointing. They should rather shut down in SA and keep their focus at the overseas branches, clearly that’s where they want to be now.
