extremly rude manager

firstly i went to complain to one of the workers that the hero roll that i bought was bitter and they told me to wait and i literally waited for 15mins and the manager walked it to ask whats the problem without even greeting and attitude on top she ask me to bring the chips and cooldrink and i've already ate that i had to take from one of the take aways problem is not with the fact that she ask for drink and chips she never apologies and according to my knowlegde as i work for customer service you dnt take form customer whose trying to improve the the customer.
