Extremely unsatisfactory

I am extremely disgusted by the service I got at steers from Kwa Thema Engine garage! I spoke to a guy called Jomo regarding an order he was so rude and hung up the phone on me. Called the 2nd time and hung up again as soon as I asked for his surname. The third time he gave the phone to some woman who refused to give him the phone back and just left the phone there talking to my self. @steers is this the kind of stuff you hire at your restaurants? I extremely disgusted and disappointed and will sure never use you guys again!
