Extremely Poor Service

<p>I placed an order on the steers website, which was then confirmed by the steers in mayfair, i indicated that the driver should call upon arrival. i received the call from the driver notifying me that he is outside but when i went outsde to collect my order. The driver was not there, i then immediately called the customer care center which said they would transfer me to the manager but the manager did not pick up. after several attempts and i managed to get ahold of the manager whom was not able to resolve my problem. The consultants that i talked to were not even able to get ahold of the driver, only to receive a call from the resturant a while later to tell me that the driver is outside but when i went outside the driver was not there. so not only did i exhausted my airtime trying to resolve the issue, i had to go outside several times on a cold winter to collect an order that was not there. Extremely disappointed at the service and seemingly the manager is not able to effectively his/her employees. </p>
