Extremely poor service

I ordered King bacon Steer burger from Festival mall kempton park today at 14:05pm through Mr delivery, the order arrived at 14:45pm, the order was wrong, instead of chicken patties they put beef, immediately i contacted the branch directly and spoke to the manager by the name of Jabulani, who assured me they will rectify the order and send the driver to deliver, gave them my contact details. They said driver will call when on route to get directions, ended up waiting a whole hour with no call, no food. Called the branch again 16:00pm, the manager **** and said they could get hold of me on the phone, which is a lie cause my phone was on the whole time. Eventually the new order arrives at 16:17pm and guess what, IT IS STILL INCORRECT.... now my husband has to drive all the way to the shop and he gets there and Jabulani the manager is ****y and rude like they didnt mess up my order, as a manager trying to place blame everywhere except on him. Shows his incompitence as a manager, NEVER AGAIN will i order there again.
