Extremely long delivery time
Dear Steers. I ordered 4 meals yesterday at 19H47. At 21H45 I had to get in my car to collect it as it was not delivered and when I phoned you all you had to say was, we are sorry about that, but please add an additional 30 minutes to the expected delivery time. When I got there the order just left for delivery. On my return home I found that the delivery was cold and not complete and that I had to go back again to the store to collect the outstanding portion of the order.
This is not what I expected from my local store. I am very disappointed in you service.
At this stage I will have to think twice before making use of you again.
