Extremely horrible service from Steers Florida Road and call center

I was gifted with a voucher worth R112 yesterday and ordered for delivery from steers Florida Road, after over an hour of no delivery I call and was told the order never reached the store somehow even though the call agent accepted the voucher, Lungi who was the store manager on duty acknowledged that i shouldve atleast been notified of this and said to call again and use the voucher today. To my dissapointment the voucher is now invalid today and Zethu the store manager on duty today tells me she cant help and I must wait for Lungis shift which begins at 3pm, the time that I go home from work. Incredibly dissapointed with such poor service as I always order from this very same steers. I am 8 months pregnant and I could barely manage to drive home yesterday as I did not recieve my order!! My colleagues and I will definately NOT be using this store in future.
