Extremely Dissapointed
Dear Steers,
I am extremely dissipointed in the quality of service and the quality of the food i have recieved tonight at your new store in The Island Mall- Hartebee****rt
I have phoned and placed my order (which i had to repeat several times) because i wanted to avoid standing in line. When i arrived 20min later to collect, the order was completely wrong. The Manager who was assisting at the tellers then placed a new order which he also could not get right the first 3 times, (because he does not even know what items is on his menu) then finally placed my order. After another 40min i only recieved my order. As i got home (which is 2km from the store) i found that the steak and the bacon on my steak burger was completely undercooked and all the rest off the food was very cold.
I am very dissapointed in the lack of service and quality at this store.
