Extremely Bad Service

I have Never had such bad service, in every case when we have placed an order at Steers Lenasia South. The order either arrives 45min late, the food is cold or the order is incorrect or incomplete. The last order arrived at my house where I had my kids waiting on supper for over an an hour and a half. I had to drive to the store after I placed ans order for delivery?? When I got there explained my problem the staff ignored me at first they had additude because I was there close to closing time. It took another 20min for them to fix my order and then the delivery guy arrived at the shop now almost two hours later and still was rude telling me that I should have waited for the order at my house?????? He was rude and even had words with me because I didn't wait for a incomplete and incomplete order. I have never seen such incompetence from a steers outlet.!! Then they still wanted to charge me a delivery charge. Why must we always just except I have photos of the staff ans driver.
