Extremely Bad Service

I ordered a double-up with Milk Shake ( Order # DFD***) at Steers Protea Glen Mall about an hour ago through Mr Delivery, and the only thing they delivered was a single burger. Am just so disappointed at this franchise, as this is not the first time that they have messed up our order; we once also received Ribs that were rotten and had to drive back; they didn't even have the courtesy or even decency to apologise,
