Extremely Bad Attitude

I normally order food online and either collect or ask for delivery. I ordered my favorite meal at Steers Hazyview today for collection,when I got there I told them I wanted to collect and complain about my last order(same meal as today), the guy by the name of Kgotlego who happened to be the manager laughed at me and told me it's useless to complain today,mind u the manager. Could even say sorry he laughed at me, and told me I should have done so the same day, even after I told him I tried to call and no one answered. I really felt humiliated because he had other staff with him worse as a manager he was suppose to shift me aside and acknowledge my complaint. He is not fit to be a manager. He was rude.
