Extreemly poor service

Placed an online order for a wacky wednesday at Steers in Kuruman, a hour passed without any delivery, i phoned them regarding my order placed and according the lady I talked to they where extreemly busy, i’m still waiting for the online order that was placed..... my children had to eat bread.... dont see the reason to order again there....
