On the 25th of October I placed an order on the early mornings of Wednesday,I ordered 2 mjojo burgers,n asked for an extra jelapeno,when the order came their ws no jelapeno.i then called to ask y it ws not added,instead their explanation did nt make sense ,I ws then told that they wud bring the jelapeno wit no added charges but that dd nt concern me.30 min went by,I called bck again to ask y my jelapeno is not yet delivered,the manager said the driver has left wit my jelapeno,it ws nt abt the jelapeno anymore for it ws the disrespect that we had to wait again for ppl to get their correct orders then we had to wait 3 hours just to njoy our burger with jelapeno….i got so angry that I ask them to not bring it animre,so the driver made his deliveries n we got our jelapeno aftr ,I am extremely disappointed at steers Vryburgs service,I dd nt evn recieve sauces or spice nnyana for my chips,thy said thy dnt add those wen we order wacky Wednesday,imagine aftr evn giving her my order number she still thot I ordered a wacky,how disrespectful
