Excessive waiting time for order
I placed my order at 17:00 and the time now is 17:40 and still I have not received my order. The staff is not even telling us whether there is a problem we are just standing here and waiting with no feedback from the staff. My understanding is that there is a standard waitng time for orders and I am sure its not 40minutes! I am relly disgusted by the service and attitude of the staff.
