Exceptionally slow service, unbearably slow!

<p>I went to steers in Plattekloof on Friday the 18th and was absolutely impressed with the amount of customers who were craving steers! Every seat was taken and things seemed to be moving at a steady pace. The line of new customers was becoming shorter in no time.</p> <p> </p> <p>Boy was I wrong, I was told 2 large chips with cheese sauce and bacon bits would take 10 minutes. Only to receive it 37 minutes later! Clearly they had to plant and grow the potatoes first. This is absolutely disgusting. I would not have ordered in the first place had I known the wait time would have been that of almost a cooked meal! It is called fast food for a reason.</p> <p> </p> <p>On top of it the staff didnt seem phased about the fact that everyone was complaining. I requested a refund should it take any longer, and magically chips appear. Wow.</p> <p> </p> <p>Additionally, the chips were sloppy with almost no bacon on it. What am I paying for?</p> <p> </p> <p>Poor service, poor product. Do better!</p>
