Excellent customer service Steers festival mall

Please allow me to express my gratitude to the Steers team member at the Festival Mall; Akhona. I had spilled my coke all over the place, this man came to assist with a smile, no complaints or a negative attitude. The coke spilled once again, he returned with that same warm smile- I was so embarrassed, felt bad for him. He assured me that it was okay, that I shouldn't worry. I always have good experience at this Steers and Akhona's excellence in customer service today, was outstanding.

I come here regularly since I stay nearby, Akhona always smiles and entertains small talk with customers. I'm really happy with the sterling service from this restaurant. He's a great addition to the wonderful team that you've got here
