engen manager BUSI has no respect for customers

today morning aroung 7:30 bought my breakfast (2 bacon and eggs buns) with coffee, as I was explaining to the cashier how I wanted my eggs done; she interferes and says"amaqanda are well-done awekho manzi"( eggs which are well-done are not soft)and laughes; then I kindly tell her that have experienced their well-done eggs, instead of apologising and let me continue my order with the cashier; she said"I was not speaking to you" and left. After finishing my order and looking for my newspaper and she came back and still "maar well-done eggs awekho manzi" and laughed and went back to the office... I feel as a customer no store/company employee shouls ever treat a loyal customer like that, dont know if it were a white person would be ridiculed with such behaviour.

Totally unacceptable behaviour from your store manager
