EMPTY PROMISES!!!!
I had a horrible experiances with the steers at wetton circle!!! My sister and i orderd chilly cheese chips and two shakes.... Orders online Then got called by the manager named Peter... Told us that the ice cream machine is out of order... Then we decided to leave the shakes and orderd meals instead Peter made arrangements and told us that the delivery guy would be at our house in 5 min!!
Till mow I am still waiting... We then called in and was told he could not come to the phone as he is on lunch and that the store would be closing in 15 min....
I have worked and still work in customer services That service I received was totaly disgusting. To me customer service is very important and promises should be fufilled....
The worst!!
