Embarrassed and Angry

I went to Steers in Menlyn Mall where I was embarrassed by an employee named Qolani. He mistreated me in front of other customers after I had complained that I have paid for extra cheese in my burger and when I opened my burger no cheese was there.

He than went to the back and opened the burgers in my view and came back and threw the package on top of the counter and continued to talk to his colleagues.

I do not expect such treatment of Steers as I am a regular customer there who is also loyal.

I was so embarrassed and disappointed at the treatment I received from Steers.

I will kindly ask that this be addressed accordingly.
