Either serve burnt or undercooked food.
<p>Steers disappoints once AGAIN!!!!!! Honestly I don't know why we even bother anymore. Last time I reported you guys on hellopeter you said I should go and claim the same meal at my nearest Steers, when I got there it was like I was begging for food, coz they knew nothing about your 2cent bogus apology. You guys are absolutely ridiculous! Serving... Correction, SELLING us severely undercooked food. In turn giving us food poisoning! Shame on you for charging people for such mediocre standards of food. AND watch how you won't even say or do anything about this!</p>
