Eden Meadows Steers No Action Regarding Reversal

I placed an order online with Eden Meadows steers and they were unable to complete the order due to no electricity. I asked them to reverse the payment and they said that they would, I have now had to phone them again twice to see what is happening with the reversal and they still have not contacted the manager to reverse the payment. Refunds and reversals are not something customers should be waiting hours for.
