Eat your ice cream out of your hand

Last Thursday I bought a cone while I was waiting for my order. But before I had eaten half, the cone disintegrated at the bottom and the Ice cream was running out. I asked for another cone to put the ice cream in and was told that they do not give cones away. I offered to pay for the cone and was told that is not possible because he (ability) does not know the price. I them asked for a plastic cup which I would pay for, but no - I am \eating"his profitability.....<br> <br> What to do? I asked if I should then eat the ice cream out of my hand and was told - If you want. I threw the ice cream in the dust bin because it was now running down my hand and onto the floor. I cancelled my order and asked for my money back. Ability promptly told me that my order has nothing to do with ice cream!!! Needless to say - never again..... Ability is INABILITY in my book. Oh"
