Dry and terribly prepared ribs!

I am really unhappy with the low quality of 500g that was delivered to me by Steers in Marble Hall. The ribs are dry and almost burnt, I have no doubt that old stock was used. I took a pic of the order should you wish to see it. R154, 90 is a lot of money for a terribly prepared meal. Provide proper training to your staff. Pathetic!
