Dry and oily food - Steers

Just consumed another dry overcooked soya patty (King Steer) from Steers Ormonde. The chips were oily to a point that the chips packet was soaked in oil from the excess oil. R86 down the drain once more. This is the third time it is definitely not a situation where I was just unfortunate, I am so disgusted right now.
