Driest burgers ever

Went to Steers Galleria last Wednesday for the Wacky Wednesday special, clearly told the cashier that I want 5 sets , one must not have gherkins. Must say the store was extremely busy and waited a while, came home to find the most driest burgers ever and ever single burger had no gherkins. R250 spent time eat the Sahara Dessert what’s worse I’ve been calling the helpline to complain, I’m told it’s a call Centre and when they put me through to the store it just rings and rings and then you get a pre recorded message saying “ the person you are trying to contact is unavailable “ and the call cuts off. I’ve tried 15 times now
