Dreadful experience

<p>On Friday 24 June 2016 my family and I stopped on the the Clarens for a quick breakfast takeaway. Dipuo (sp?) took my order of 2 toasted sandwitches and two coffees at 09h33. Some of my other family members ordered from Mugg and Bean. At 09h53 my order was finally ready, only to find that only one sandwich had been ordered, not two. There was a man that helped me then (I do not have his name, but he was the only man working), who really tried hard to help. He was rushing around like mad, while most of the other women just stood around. I finally walked out of there after 10h00. While there, two other customers argued with Dipuo, who really needs an attitude adjustment. I could not understand what the arguements were about because they were talking in another language. I did, however, hear one man say to Dipuo "are you not understanding me?". All in all this was a really unpleasant experience, and Dipuo and a few other staff need some serious training. I will never go to that Steers again.</p>
