Dreadful customer service!

Customer service at the streets at OR Tambo international Airport is disappointing to say the very least. The manager that was on duty was was not helpful at all, had bad attitude and that unfortunately filtered through to the team. Customer service is key and all staff at the streers have zero knowledge or interest for the customer. Very very very dissatisfied with the service I received on Saturday evening! DREADFUL SERVICE FROM THE CASHIER AND MANAGER/SUPERVISOR !
