Don't order with a voucher on steer's website

I got a Wigroup voucher that I spent at Steers via their website (I ordered online). I spent the voucher on an order, but the order timed out. I got an email to say I would be refunded the amount. The voucher wouldn't work anymore. I then contacted wigroup and they said I should follow up with the store. The store knows nothing about the order (I actually drove there). I showed them proof of the order I put in. I then tried for a third time to get help on the steers website via chat. Nodbody could help me.
