Don't Order Chicken From Steers Gateway! EVER! :(

My family was starving after a day of shopping at Gateway, and so we opted for the easier choice of a quick take away at Steers. I personally am trying to keep carb intake low, so ordered a half chicken while the rest of the family ordered burgers.

Let it just be said: The burgers were outstanding, as usual from Steers.

But! My chicken was horrific! As tough as leather, and for R89 it was overwhelmingly disappointing!! I didn't complain at the store because they were terrible understaffed, and were already swarming with customers waiting to be served. So thought I would bring it to your attention here.

This was the Steers in the new food court of Gateway, just around the corner from the Winter Wonderland. Considering it seems like the outlet is owned by a company that also owns the nearby Galitos, I kind of expected a chicken that at least could be cooked adequately!
