Dont let them take telephone calls
We called to make an order for delivery and on the first occassion , a lady picked up and was very rude and impatient with me when it was her line that was not clear. Needless to say she got the order wrong and when we called again , a different lady picked up and was not as enthusiastic to take the call but atleast was not rude and impatient. Anyway its okay , Nandos atleast trains their staff on telephone etiquette so we shall be ordering pita's.
