Don't bother phoning them. I drove to the store after i tried phoning around 8 times and asked the manager (Marta) why they are not answering their phones. She rep**** to me that they are to busy to answer their phone. I find this ridiculous, why offer a service to phone and collect if they don't answer. Pathetic
