Dissatisfied customer

I have to say I'm very disappointed in the way Steers supervisors treat their staff. I've been to the Steers at the cape town airport numerous of times and each and every time I get there the staff is changed , the lady supervisor is always shouting the staff .. Those poor girls who work there.. Even thou the chips are my favourite chips the atmosphere in that place is draining.. For the staff and customers.. I spoke to one staff member who served me and she complained of how inhumane the lady supervisor treats them and even throws burgers at them if they are not made well.. If Steers management continues to oversee this.. They will have no permanent employees ..
