Dissatisfied

<p>so I decide to call steers Bracken city and first time in 3years buying from them I wait for 2hours 30 minutes for my order that arrrivess very cold and wrong.</p> <p><br />i ordered a might king steers burger and they brought me a king steers burger.</p> <p>i was never told of how busy they are and the worse part i call in I speak to a certain guy by the name of "Mpumi" he then says I must hold then puts me back on the que so that I leave a message and I call again then I get a lady who cuts me by asking me if I am complaining then she calls the manager and he tells me the way his sorry and he will call in 15minutes to check what's happening.</p> <p>my biggest problem is their lack of professionalism and dishonesty.</p> <p>they could not pick up my number coz the person wu captured"my number" captured it wrong and I called one hour and thirty minutes into the order and they say the order has been dispatched and I wanted an hour for a burger that is 3km away from my house.</p> <p>i am very disappointed and upset</p>
