DISSAPPOINTING SERVICE
My colleague ordered a meal for both of us at 13h15 from Steers in Paarden Eiland to be delivered in Paarden Eiland. She was told it would take 45 minutes for us to receive our food. The food eventually arrived at 16h00 - ice cold and not very appealing to the eye. This is just not acceptable. They had her cellphone number - at least just communicate if there as a delay or a problem.

25 Oct 2019, 16:18Oh well it gets even worse - the drinks were never delivered. Shocking just absolutely shocking. Then in your rely you say you sorry and you hoe we have a better experience next time - yeah right.
