Dissaponting

Hi I ordered food through the Mr D food app. I ordered Large meals but when the food arrived it was small, the burgers were and chips were small, the chicken was also small. Later that day I called customer service and the lady said she'll open a case for me and the Heidelberg Mall Steers manager will call but it's over 2 weeks now since I'm waiting for the call and nothing. I'm really disappointed with the way they handling customer complaints.
