dissapointed steers cutsomer

This is a review of a disappointed person more than an angry person. I am a steers fan, I enjoy it and love it dearly. had a bad experience Sunday(2019/06/16) with the food.

that was not steers food, as I would be able to tell steers food blindfolded. the chicken and chips were as if they were from a different shop, the chicken seemed more boiled than grilled. the chicken was not flamed grilled

this is more of a concern letter as steers recently opened in sky city, can someone kindly go and check what is happening.
