dissapointed by poor quality food

We ordered online from Bolt. we ordered a mix it up share meal. when driver came the incorrect order was brought. called Steers observatory in cape town and explained and gave all info. calls went back and fro and eventually was asked if i can bring back order and collect the correct order, which i did. to my dismay and disappointment, the burger patty was over cooked and tasted like cardboard. i will never buy from any steers again as this is not the first time, when they have specials you get inferior food. even though the staff apologies profusely, it still doesn't make up for the mistake and inferior food.
