Disrespectful and Arrogant Staff

Hi, I happen to be close to Steers at Winklespruit, Kingsburgh, Amanzimtoti. KwaZulu Natal. 4126. I decided to support Steers with two Bacon & Cheese Burgers with Chips for me and my wife. As I entered found one staff member of Steers interacting with a staff of member of Fishaway in a LOUD and DANCING manner. I wanted to place my order with the onlooking Steers staff member but could not do so as the noise was overbearing of shouting and loud talking beyond anybody’s imagination. I shrugged my shoulders and lifted my arms in huge disappointment and total disregard to me as a client. I still stood there and with difficulty asked the onlooking Steers staff member what the ingredients are of a Prince Burger as I may have change of mind of my Burger choice. She was not knowledgeable of my request and asked the Steers staff member (the one that is screaming and shouting/dancing for assistance. This staff member came to me and laid her arm on the counter with her head hanging to one side as to what I really want. I found this behaviour rude and in bitter taste. I turned around and said to them that I am not interested in talking or ordering anything from them now or ever in the future. Climbed in my car and left. COME ON STEERS MANAGEMENT!!!!! Is this the quality staff you employ. This was a terrible experience. No wonder there were no clients there to place orders. This happened at 12 midday today supposedly to be the start of a busy time for lunch orders etc. I foresee this Branch heading for a fall as it is run as a Circus instead of a Well Branded Business. I trust this complain falls onto the right hands and this issue addressed rather sooner than later. Dance and shout like Hooligans at Home and Work like a Professional whilst at the working place.
