Disrespectful

I'm a regular customer of Steers in Tsakane. I often order for delivery. The burgers delivered had no cheese I called Steers back to alert them some lady hung up on me, because it was late the following day I had to go Steers(Tsakane Mall)to lodge a complain then the lady had the audacity to ask "why didn't I use my own cheese, don't I have cheese at home?" I was expecting at least an apology!!! Please advice (My order number was 434 on the 16th August, time 19:24 our Casheir was Phindi Tsakane Mall Shop No 70A)Your response will be greatly appreciated.
