Disgustion food from steers

Good morning

This morning 21.12.2023 I ordered a meal through the steers online app for collection @ 10AM. When I collected it the food was ice cold, burgwes was squashed, the chippes laying all over the paper bag and the meal looked nothing like what was presented on the website. I will never support steers greenfields again, they have no respect for peoples food and they are disgusting. Those working there should be ashamed of themselves.
