Disgusting steers customer service

Short and sweet, On the 16th March 20 I ordered a toasted egg bacon and cheese sandwich meal, I told the cashier to please tell the cooks the bacon needed to be well done, but that seemed to be such a problem for this staff,after I received my order and the bacon was still raw... a scene was made, everyone was called by the chef to have a look while she complained about me requesting well done bacon which she did not fulfill with the first time of me asking. i was given attitude and utensils were thrown around and I had to request twice... I wanted my bacon well done before it was given back. Too scared the food was spit on for making such a request, I just chucked it away. Im sick and tired of this bad customer service and nothing being done. This was not the first time, this steers was a problem.
