DISGUSTING!! SIES!!!!

I ordered a meal worth R500 at the steers in newclare thru the uber eats app. I'm a girl in grade 11 so you can imagine that kind of money is not just nothing to me!! can u imagine my surprise when they sent me my burgers without the chips?? is it not supposed to be a MEAL?? I complained multiple times thru the ubereats apps, NO RESPONSE! I called back my uber driver who said he would be contacting steers again, NO RESPONSE!! I contacted the steers customer care line and they were not helpful at all!! and let me just mention that the MILKSHAKES tasted literally like milk and water. I ordered two chocolate shakes and one vanilla and THEY ALL LOOKED THE SAME. the chocolate milkshakes looked slightly darker than the vanilla but tasted NO different. I was NOT happy with this meal at all. I didn't not get my money for the chips back, not did I get my chips!!! STEERS was extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and it was overall a bad experience!!! I was so disgusted at how rude they were at customer services. I waited the whole day for a response but unfortunately they couldn't care less. I do NOT recommend eating from spur ever!!! SIES!!!!!!
