Disgusting service - Steers Maponya Mall

Steers Maponya Mall is the absolute pits. Placing an order for collection and upon arrival - 15 mins later, the order hasn't been prepared yet and having to wait an additional 20mins to finally receive your food? When you finay receive your food, there are no serviettes or condiments in the pack. I don't appreciate being made to feel as though I am being done a favour when I actually paid for the food. APP deleted. I'll buy my food where I'm actually appreciated.
