Disgusting service from Steers Mabopane Square

I would like to express the disgusting service I received today from Steers Mabopane Square.

I made an online delivery order via their Steers app at 16h45. Can you believe I had to go and leave my daughter's with neighbors to collect the order that I also waited for more than 20 minutes again. This was now around past 7 in the evening.

I called their customer line spoke to Thabiso, Jade, Trudy and their team leader I guess Martin. Martin promised to call me back after 10 minutes which would have been at 18h40 but the call I got it at Steers at 19h22. I was told that it is one of their busy days and drivers have a lot of deliveries to do. When I arrived at Mabopane Square Steers customers were less than 10. Their manager whom I didn't get his name mentioned something about loadshedding and experienced system problems then said they called me and couldn't get hold of me. The only missed call I got was for sales offering loans.

I am really disappointed about the service and the run around I got.
