Disgusting service from steers group.

Today I bought 1/4 from steers in MonumentPark and when I ate it. The chicken was Salty and Dry. We went in to go and return the chicken and tell them about the taste. And Mr Chauke and his colleagues told me that they don't put salt in their chickens. And how they don't know how to fix my problem because that sauce comes from head office and unless he gives me PLAIN chicken. He went on about how he doesn't want to cost his company in making me something that my taste buds might have a problem with. My friend even suggested that he gives me something equivalent to my price. He was like:" okay I'll check maybe a burger. Chips coz she already ate the chips" I'm not necessarily a fan of steers. But this is the most horrible experience I've ever had. That gentleman that you call a manager needs some customer service training. Cause it looks like his staff is following his steps. And his sarcastic apology telling me about my taste buds.
